this was a tad unnerving. he landed on my head soon afterwards

I love the effect of the first one. They both have a very Hitchcock like feel to them. The expression of the bird in the second one is priceless. That's what it's all about. The ability to capture expression. Very unique indeed.

He serisouly landed on your HEAD? I mean, I know they get fairly close to you so they can get food, but to LAND on you? Wow! That would freak me out, and I'm not even afraid of birds.

The birds... the birds... eeek! Reminds me of being mobbed by pigeons in Trafalgar Square as a kid - they poo on you when they're excited with the bird food.
