I know to hold the button down part way and get the subject in the box, but the box jumps around and won't go where I want it. Do you just keep pushing the button and moving the camera slightly? Is there a better way? If I hold the button down and at the same time move the box to my desired site it gives me blurry. What is the box looking for? I think I would do better with these guys if the box could just read my mind at lightning speed.

Mess around with the different auto focus settings on your camera until you get comfortable with which ones work in different situations (your camera manual might be of some use here as well).
