Food for the wild Lynx

Here is a shot of a little guy that I think the Lynx would find tasty.
This was taken in Denali National Park just after we had come across a wild Lynx.

We were all wishing the cat would come running and make a kill. But no such luck. Maybe next time.

Ah. My friend the lynx, and his possible prey. (I would NOT have wished to witness the killing of Rabbit-the-Cute, mind you! I am too ... chicken for that ).
