So I am leaving in a few minutes to do a shoot for a bakery and I decided last night to buy some cupcakes and other goodies and practice. I used my SB-600, 50mm 1.8, and 18-105VR. What do you think?

Very nice! Looks good. My only question is would a more diffused light give you better results in term of contrast on #2 and #5? It seems to have a bit of lost of color on the the icing. Not sure, just wanted to point out if it could be done differently.

The shoot went really well, thread to come soon. I think the icing was my fault, I think I did a little too much curve adjustment

I like them! #1 looks a little dark to me but I am at work and this monitor may be off a bit so take that with a grain of salt...

I cannot wait to post some of the photos from today's shoot. They liked what they saw so much, just right out of the camera that I am now their full time photographer! Every holiday they have me contracted to come in and photograph the new products. My photos are being used on the site, in their brochures, business cards, and commercials!!!
