For Panoramics

What settings should i use throughout the shoot?
I have CS3, and RAW is not an option.

You should shoot manual and manual focus.

This way everything will line up, and won't be different exposures.

You basically want all your settings the same for every shot. That way when you stitch them together they will look like one photo. By all settings I mean: ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, Focal Length, Focus Distance.

That said I have gotten interesting results letting the camera meter each shot using aperture priority mode. I just take a lot more frames than needed and feather it all together. There are no "laws of photography" play around, get creative.
