A couple more from todays walk. A downey woodpecker,very similar to the Hairy Woodpecker I posted last week, but a shorter bill and a mallard for the duck fans.

This was a Canon Digital Rebel (300D to some). Lens 75-300mm 4.5USM

We have a little woodpecker thats stops by every spring, but doesn't stay long. I gotta grab a good shot of him this year. I have a couple shots, but none near as good as yours. Very nice. :thumbup:
