The second crop seems to make more "sense" but somehow I like the first one just a LITTLE better.

Is it HDR, multi-shot?

I think #1 gives a much better sense of the scale of the tree which, imho, adds to the image.

I think I'd like an intermediate crop the best. Just lose the tree on the left side of the frame, for my taste.

The leaves look a little crunchy, but maybe you're shooting for print?

Love the rimlight on the tire. Love all of it, really. The foliage color strikes me as perfect, changing, summer is gone but not forgotten, as it were. This was a great shot waiting for the right day, and I dunno if you waited for the best possible day, but pretty damn near.

yeah I am going to print this one for my personal use.

I bike by this spot everyday and carry my camera just in case it's a good day for it.

#1 & #3 for me. I feel they allow me to take my time making my way from near to far. #2 puts me there too fast.
