Eagle Encounter Pt II (Pic Heavy)

These are again taken @500 mm focal length. Other than about a 30% crop on the first the others are not cropped at all.

The juvenile eagle then decided to fly right past me and land on top of a power pole about 75 feet from me.

Hovering in the breeze as it nears the pole.

Getting close.

Almost there.

Touchdown!

Don't try this at home.
