Laurie, it was through your BLOG that I rediscovered this place. I invested a bunch of time in that other similarly-initialed forum in 2005 and just felt I needed to see some fresh perspectives.

BTW: I still enjoy your BLOG immensely. You've really developed as a photographer in the last year.

I have not frequented the other forum for a while now. The reasons I'll keep off of this public board. You can always PM if you are dying to know.

I will say that everyone here is very welcoming to people of all experience levels and it doesn't matter what kind of equipment you have. The common experience is photography.
