Oh. Just checked, and that post of mine contains a LINK ... which copied ... and leads everyone who clicks it DIRECTLY back to TPF. Can there be any more proof (I mean other than that we have all recognised our own photos AND comments, plus the identical index on that rip off of a forum?).?

Definitely should be reported. The site owner should be called out.

Somehow, I don't think they will care. Even the admin of that site is stealing the work of people here. Not just photos either, lots of software and DVDs on there too.
