Why is it that I see some of the posted photos as red crosses?

Generally, those are links to other sites where the photos no longer exist.

Nah its cool, just means the person deleted the image of their server, I suppose your seeing this in old forums

A lot of my old posts were on Snapfish, and they must have changed their policy on linking to them, because now they all come up as red x's.
