Found a small scorpion in the desert

My 15 year old son and I decided to go on an adventure last night to find dark skies and desert creatures. Decided at 10pm took a nap until 12:30 am and drove 2.5 hours. Shot from 3 am until dawn.

We found a couple in Anza Borrego!

Me lost in the desert night playing around trying to find more sculptures. Next time we plan it out better but it was a fun spur of the moment adventure and my son loved it!

Yeah I was shooting and I turned around and my son was laying on the desert ground staring up at the stars! I was yelling woah! Get up! There are all kinds of creatures around here. We heard a pack of coyotes killing something!

Not sure we were trying to figure that one out too. I think it's a dinosaur of some type?? Thanks-

thats what I was thinking! Looks like it, super weird. how long were the exposures?

#1 20 sec, f2.8 ISO 2000
#2 25 sec f2.8 ISI 1600
#3 20 sec f2.8 ISO 1600

OK I noticed a few problems with the scorpion. I was half asleep when edited it. The stinger has darker sky around it and so does its rear. I softened the highlights on teh top of teh scorpion.
