I found a copy of "Quick Guide D700" and a D200 Manual.
I will send Quickguide D700 to first user with more than 10 picture posts started who sends me PM with their address.
I will happily send Nikon D200 manual to anyone in US with more than 10 picture posts started upon receipt of PM with address. (sorry, International mail gets expensive above an ounce or two and larger than letter-size)
