They say the flavor gets better, the longer its in the fridge. has a sour dough taste. Going to try a whole wheat with artesian grans next. That's for the nice replies old friend and wife. Ed

We have several artisinal bakers in our little neighbourhood. I'm totally spoiled for quality bread - and they do it on premises and will let you know when the loaves are out. So I don't "need" to know how to bake bread, but it's a nice skill to have.

When it comes to bread, I know that Heaven must be located next to a bakery.
