I took the time to wait and see if he would finally make a dive for something and I got rewarded, got lucky on the moment for sure.

WOW! I especially love that second shot with great lighting
highlighting the yellow eye, the framing, and since the subject
was closer, the background was blurrier, and the water spray below the fish.
