[FS] MacBook Pro 17"

My friend has asked me to sell his MacBook Pro 17" so I figured I would offer everyone here the chance at a discounted MPB 17". This is NOT a brand new MacBook Pro, but it might as well be brand new. The reason I say it is like brand new is due to the fact that is just got back from warranty and has not been used until now. He received another MBP and does not need this one anymore.

The price is currently set at $1,900 shipped or $1,800 for local pickup.

The MBP was sent to be repaired due to liquid damage, but do not let that deter your decision. The MBP was sent through Apple to an authorized repair center. Since liquid damage is not covered under Apple's limited one year warranty, my friend paid $1240 for parts and labor.
