The lens was bought on 7/21/13 I have used it less than 60shots more or less (As of 1-20-14 I am roughly up to about 200-240 or so shots with this lens). No issues with lens is flawless no scratches, dust, dings, mold, or dents. Have OE box, Lens hood, manuals, registration card (unfilled), soft bag which will be sent as well.

SALE PRICE-$915 (Reduced on 1-24-14)--- Overnight shipping paid by me the seller.

Request payment to be either a USPS or BANK Money Order or if you want to pay via business/personal check there will be a mandatory 7 day hold before I ship or as soon as funds clear.

I will ship OVERNIGHT by way of USPS will be insured and signature required.

I took the advice of some and decided to split up my bundle from this post. http://www.thephotoforum.com/forum/buy-sell/340697-fs-nikon-d7100-18-105mm-f-3-5-5-6g-ed-vr-dx-nikon-nikkor-af-s-70-200mm-f-4g-ed-vr.html

Ok last & final price drop to $915..... I really would like to see this lens find a good home. I will let this run for another week or two and if hasn't sold I will close the thread and just hang on to it. Uncle Sam is coming around just in time so my Cannon 5D Mark III will be easier to get. Thanks guys/gals....

Reduced to $875...... I cant believe there is no interest in this lens.

If I didn't already have the 80-200 I'd jump on this. Dang =(

Plenty of interest, except interest doesn't pay the bills :) If I had the extra cash I wouldn't give it a second thought, awesome price.

OP's basically throwing away the lens. C'mon guys, buy it!

FWIW > I shot with this lens on a D7100 and can say with confidence it is an excellent lenses.

Before purchasing it I talked to a friend from Ontario who is part of a group who's "thing" is owls in flight.

The group shared a F 2.8 and a F 4 version for a period of time and their concensus was they did not see a measureable difference in image quality between the two versions in the field.

Based on that I chose the f4 version. It didn't hurt that it is quite a bit lighter and less expensive than the F 2.8.

I traded it in for a 80-400 simply because I could not afford two lenses with such an overlap in focal length.

New @ B&H this lens is $1395.

Cheers, Don

Thanks guys.....! Had a slight interest at $915 but I think I scared him off he hasnt emailed me since.....lol Just a friendly reminder warranty card comes with it never filled out or detached along with the boxe and all goodies listed.

Did you register the lens online with Nikon USA to activate the extra 4 years of warranty?

No I did not register anything I guess that would be the benefit of the buyer of this wonderful lens.

I just wanted to throw this out there for reference. I did sell my D90 kit on here before see link -> http://www.thephotoforum.com/forum/...elican-case-priced-sell-family-emergency.html

I did get a PM about being on the fence about sending a check or USPS Money Order since I don't do Paypal at this time; I am sorry. Those payment options are the choices at the current time. If anyone wants my number to discuss this sale further by all means PM me. I am trying to make whoever buy this know I am legit.

Thanks

OP, why don't you try Paypal? It's easy and its secure, both for you and the potential buyer..(can even let the buyer pay the fees if they really wanted to buy your lens). Send the lens registered, expedited, w/ tracking for added security. Your lens will be gone in no time.

To make a long story short. I did have Paypal back some 5 years ago. I got ripped off by a buyer when I sold my " baby" 1899 $5 Indian Silver Certificate. I dealt in currency online. Anyways buyer claims a not as described claim and claims to send it back. I got a brown leather used wallet? I conatct paypal if everyone
now is starting to get it. Dispute the reversal of payment paypal states its not up to us verify contents shipped we did verify the tracking number provided by the scam buyer and that I recieved it. Well I filled a report with my local pd. The rest is history after the reversed funds from my bank and I went -$1, 762 so my friend thats why im not with paypal anymore. Out of over 280+ sales all positive this yahoo gave me a negatibe and scammed me. I switched to the PCGS currency forum where I continued to sell with same terms money order or check have a ton of refrences there as well and can provide links.

Sorry for the drawn out speech.
