This is a New lens that I bought and because of time restraints was unable to return it to Beach Camera.com
Paid 156.00 for it...Works very well on my T2i,better than the stock Canon lens of the same specs IMO. macro mode is really nice..Its not a 700 dollar lens so thats why its so cheap,Tamron has a longer warranty than Canon also.Its model Tamron A17E, comes with everything as new.
