Fugifilm Finepix s8200 vs. Nikon coolpix L820

Hi. I don't know much about photography. I currently use the camera on my iPhone. I am looking to get a new camera for my euro trip. I also need it to take good hd video. I take more video than stills. I like to shoot music videos for my band. For video (again, I don't know much about video) I use a kodak zi8. This camera is ok on a nice sunny day, but the lower the light, the more grainy the video gets. The image is also not great with this camera. I have been doing a lot of research on the fugifilm Finepix s8200 and the coolpix L820. Both seem to take good pictures and better video. I also like the optical zoom. But which one do you guys prefer? Espically for video. Also, is there anything else in this price range that performs better? I need something that takes decent video in lower light. Do you guys think that the video will be the same with these cameras as with my kodak pocket video camera? I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum. Thanks.
