Well, I just shot my first roll of 1600 ISO film yesterday at dusk. I was nervous because I've never used anything above 400. To compound my worries, I've now heard that Fuji Neopan 1600 isn't a true 1600 ISO film, but rather more like 1000. Some people have even set their camera at 800 from what I've heard. So now I'm worried... Did I mess up the roll? Should I have set my camera at a lower ISO setting as well?

Also, I've heard the term "push" and "pull" in terms of something you can do to negatives during the developing process. What exactly is this? And will I have to resort to either of these methods when I go to the dark room? Thanks in advance!

well, i'd develop normally and see what happens, but if you want you can push it.

Push processing is just overdeveloping your film.
