Name seems kinda clumsy. I keep watching to type X1 Pro. Anyways, 16.3 megapixel X-Trans CMOS sensor, whatever that is. APS-C, couple of nice looking primes. Looks well built (assuming it's fully metal like the X10 and the X100). So... Competition for the D7000 or no?

I loved the x100 this looks even better. Unfortunately the price seems a bit high. I might just have to sell a nut. I can't see it being competition for the D7000 or any other dslr. It's a different market.

It looks like a nice solid camera, I'm pretty seriously considering replacing my Canon G10 with the little brother of the x1000, the x10.

Optical and electronic looks like you can use either because optical is 90% coverage and electronic is 100% made to look like a veiwfinder because they are in fashion
