I think that # 3 has too much empty space to the left, maybe someone else has an opinion?

hmm #3 I think if you crop out the space on the left it will take away the highlights of the wave that add compliments to your picture. I think the dead space is in your foreground

I agree with Camz - if you were closer then the space on the left wouldn't feel as empty to you and I don't think the shot can afford to lose the waves xxx
