Fun with photoshop C&C please

Key west last year ,photoshopped couple days ago...

As a beginner, I have very limited knowledge of photoshop, but I really like the result. The only other change I think might help is to crop a little from the top and bottom where there is too much negative space. Also there is a haze through the head of one of the people on the right side. This photo really holds my interest though. What is the blue semi-circle in the background?

Interesting. You must level the horizon. Looks way better once the image "stands up right".

I like the negative space from a stock photography point of view but that's a matter of taste.

Cool surreal concept.
