Funniest movie(s) ever??

To me, one of, if not the funniest movie ever made, is Weekend at Bernies! The second one wasn't as funny.
Another one I liked is The Hollywood Knights. It also has a lot of good music in it.

A couple of honorable mentions are:
Blazin' Saddles and Young Frankenstein (of course).

Now this movie is far from the funniest movie of all times, but its a movie we watched recently, and this line was laugh out very loud funny. From the bridemaids

You guys definitely have a different kind of sense of humor than I do.

For slapstick, goofy type of humor, I guess I would go with Blazing Saddles. Out Cold was also suprisingly funny.

For comic relief in a drama, I would go with Brian's Song. Some moments in that movie that have me on the floor laughing and others that can make you cry. Probably the greatest movie ever.

For comedians, I guess, technically Blue Color Comedy Tour is a movie...Ron White's stuff is absolutely hillarious.

Edited to add: After this post, I decided to throw Brian's Song in the DVD player. Definitely the funniest, saddest, and greatest movie of all time.

The Nutty Professor....the family dinner scene was so funny we wore the VHS tape out.

Also...Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas I thought was hilarious.
