A portrait from a recent Maternity shoot I had. I'm always a little sketchy about black and whites... what do you think about this one? C&C is very much appreciated.

Too gray, and the background on the left side is distracting.

I agree about it being too gray.. I wasn't sure if that was just me. Glad to know it isn't. I never even focused on the tree but now that you mention it, I agree with that too!

I know this is a little nit picky but I'm sad that her wedding ring is turned on it's side. I would like to see it. I think the wedding ring is a big part of the story line going on in the picture........the many stages that this family has gone through.

B&W....I like the 2 one better.

A tiny pinge of the levels would do this pic good. Otherwise great motif. I love the tiny hands of a child touching from beneath takes this out of clichédom and into great pic-dom.
