Okay let me think. I first opened up levels to see the histogram where i used the middle slider and moved it slightly to the right to brighten it jsut a little bit since it was already reading that it was exposed well.
I really like a brighter image with children so i used the curves tool just te default plus 'increase brightness'. I then used the sharpen tool over the whole eye to give it that 'glassy look' that I like but isnt too popular (lol) then I ran a defog (14,40,0) and when it was all done, since I like babies skin to look sweet and soft, I did the noise reduction (in my ps elements 6) at 8, 25,0.

I like #6 and #3 the best. The moment you caught in #3 is precious, and I really like the squishy faced expression in the 6th.
