Hey guys! Since getting my first dSLR 3 months ago, I feel like I've really progressed using the vast online resources that are available to me. Bellow are images progressing from my first ever image to my recent ones.

i think the second one with the stream is really cool coz it looks kinda like a painting, shame about the leaves in foreground. but i reeeeaaally love the stream!

Used just a kit lens that came with my camera, Zuiko Digital 40-150mm, f/4-5.6.

exposure was slightly under 0 with standard metering, 1/2 shutter speed, and f/8 at 100mm focal length. i didn't know about white balance so the color is kinda off.

The photo of the face silhouette and colored lights is excellent -- really nice shot.
