I like the subject, but something is bothering my eyes. It seems like the back side of the conical gear in the top left is the sharpest, and everything else is just not quite there. That in combination with the brightness of that corner keeps drawing my eye away from the more interesting shapes of the gear and cotter pin.

If this was actually in motion, I wouldn't mind seeing a longer exposure showing the motion.
 
i like this subject also, contrast and exposure are right on. i would have preferred you had shot it more frontal instead of the angle used. that would have taken the attention away from the top left bright spot as well.
 
Great tonal range and I LOVE this kind of subject matter. Personally, I don't have the same trouble with the angle and perspective that they others have mentioned.
