Getting a White Background in Photoshop

How to remove the grey color and achieve a pure white background.

I like the tutorial, but I want to do the same thing in camera raw. Is possbile ?

What do you mean "in camera raw"?

When working with RAW files...usually you open the RAW file, make any tweaks to the RAW variables...then you save/output the file into a standard image format (JPEG, TIFF etc).

Then you open that image file in Photoshop and do what you please.
