Yes, I was going to comment about the softness of this one, too. What kind of treatment brings about this effect? Would I also find that in my ancient old PS 6.0 ?

And just you guess what else there might be in this particular photo that fascinates me. (It is not the bicycle...)

What you do is create a duplicate layer (ctrl J i think). Then apply a gaussian blur the the new one with a value of 10 or so. Then you play around with its opacity.
