Getting digital panoramas printed

Hi,

So what's the best way to get a panorama printed from a DSLR image? Should I just get like a 9x11" print and cut out the rest? Are there standard sizes? Or some site that specializes (and ships to Europe)?

Call Kinko's and ask what they have/recommend. They have uber-wide ink-jets with roll-paper so you can specify. It's pretty cheap too!
