Color shots change the mood dramatically from spooky to sunny California. An interesting architectural exercise I keep thinking should attract trendy shops and studios with its atmosphere. Rents are dirt cheap.

Nice! There's been talk of converting malls that have fallen on hard times into residence centers. I prefer the B&W for the atmosphere.
