A mid-century modern gem I've shot for years. Revisited this week after 5 years' absence. Friends used it pre-pandemic for fashion shoots. Still nearly tenant-less but has escaped demo, thanks to a couple small businesses and its virtual invisibility owing to the interior courtyard-like storefronts. A personal photo happy place!

Rumors surfacing it may morph into a fashion/design/arts/culinary incubator. There's a new LRT line inching its way here north from Lake Ontario through the far western Toronto 'burbs.
