The banding on the left side of the background is more-noticeable when seen on Flickr at large size...here, reduced, it's not so bad. Looks like it could be smudged a bit or have some focus softening or smoothing appied to it, and the banding would mostly disappear. It was surprising to me to view the large size on Flickr, and to see just how much MORE detail is visible there than there is here at this current display size.

Yeah, that's what I noticed the most. Trever and I exchanged some messages and I showed him a technique I use to get rid of banding in backgrounds.

Just as a note of interest, that "blemish" on her arm looks to me like a BCG (tuberculosis) vaccination scar. Many people from the world outside of the USA have them, I have one.

There's a line along the inside of her right lower leg, is that from processing?
The contacts look a bit ... odd ... to me, are they supposed to make her eyes look bigger in the Manga style?
Apart from that and the nitpicks above it's up to your usual high standard.

Ahhhhhh, now I see what happened. That line is on the original, I had made a bunch of corrections to a layer, fixing that inoculation mark, line on the back of her right leg and another layer fixing the background which I had inadvertently discarded!!! Doh!

Inoculation! That's the word I was looking for!! (Senior moments get more frequent as your seniority accrues.)

Yeah when I was working with the background and then I moved on to the skin and combined the two layers I noticed there was a defect but I had created an extra layer by mistake and deleted it!

So due to my stupidity I lost all of my background work and a little bit of the healing tool work that I did on the leg and arm!
