Went to the dog park today with our Huskies and took along my recently acquired (new to me) D800 coupled with the trusty Nikon AF 80-200 2.8D (two ring model). While there I decided to try a fast action sequence when this dog went running full speed after a ball. For a camera/lens setup that isn't known for action photography I don't think it did to badly.
