I like her energy, and I like your black and white conversions. I'm not a fan of the lighting though. To me it's a bit flat and doesn't sculpt her facial features very well. Raising the light to a higher position will sculpt her cheek bones and bring a lot more definition to her face.

I will definitely try that next time. I was trying to pursue a new aesthetic and do something more edgy.
