Well, now you know. I'd suggest you edit the OP--remove the photo and instead provide a link to where the photo can be found.

Looks to me like that pic is shot with natural light only... Maybe a bit of fill, but more likely just reflection from the clouds, white walls around the pool, etc...

But I'm no expert, wait for the strobemasters' opinions!
 
If you're shooting outdoors on a nice day you should be fine with just a large reflector. Throw a few speed lights and umbrellas into your bag if you think you'll really need your subjects to pop.
 
unfort8li, he weather here is dull at the moment as we r in rainy season. so i reckon ill be needing lights by compulsion den?
