Going to Ecuador

Doing some R&R in Quito, Guayaquil and the Galapagos Islands this year.
I plan on taking my dslr, four lenses and a decent travel tripod (and plenty of memory cards).

Hoping to her from someone who's been there. Any advise?

Haven't been myself, but my friends keep telling me to go. They absolutely loved it over there. Have a great trip!
