Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
*Jumping into the deep end here* I KNOW I missed the focus. (Manual focus lense plus kid with an attention span * this big equals challenge). I'm going to reshoot it. I have it printed in 4x6 now and to me it looks over sharpened in the brick....

I just downloaded a lightroom trial yesterday when I got word that my laptop and photoshop were down for the count. I know how to edit like nobody's business in photoshop. Lightroom is um... different. I like it, and will probably end up purchasing it, but for now I can't seem to accomplish the look I am after.

I guess I am looking for some input on how to improve this shot at the reshoot aside from nailing the focus. (Usually I have a pretty darn good idea and can zoom in on the pic on the cameras display but some shots you just can't tell till ya get home. Oh well, live and learn.) Oh, I am also a fan of vignetteing (sp?). I know some don't care for it and I am still playing with it on this, but I do like it so be there in certain shots.

ETA- it's (now corrected- I think) crooked.

I think it's a great photo. Maybe straighten the vertical lines.

It's a little tilted to the right.

Thank you both.

Looks good to me, love the setting. You must have corrected the image by this time.
