I start to think you are under great influence of HCB. This is next shot inside the zone called "decisive moment" with very etheric atmosphere. I am suspicious that this is your girlfriend and you put her there. It just looks too perfect. .
I was on the fence when comes to execution, shot against the sun, made with Contax or not, should have more detail in shadows. Now I think: what for ?

A lovely scene. The woman in the foreground is a silhouette, and yes, her hat and coat are devoid of detail, a deep, black void; but that serves to push the eye away, and toward the background, which is the subject of the scene. The woman is not there as "a person", but more as a foreground object, a size-gauge, an eye-direction-influencer. She is the dark, as seen against the light. Yes, there is some classic dark-as-seen-against-light, HCB-like, classical B&W stuff running through this shot. He did a lot if that, as did most all other street shooters who shot in B&W.
