Good book on posing

Hi, I'm looking for a really good book on posing people. How to pose over-weight people, how to pose really tall people, how to pose tall people and short people.

I'd like a book with a lot of examples through words, photos and theory. I can look at shots on the net all day, but sometimes its nice to read words about a photograph and be able to replay them in my head.
