good family photo references?

Hi - usually a fashion photographer but doing a shoot for a family next week. Having trouble finding really good references for the shoot. anyone direct me to find some good family portrait work?

Here are some ideas on dos and donts : Family Portraits Do’s and Don’ts and some other thoughts here: Fashion Portrait Photography : Get Photos Videos Studio Pictures . As far as portrait ideas go, if you Google "family portrait photography" and the look under the "images" tab at the top, you will see all kinds of different approaches that have been used. When you get to the bottom, click on "Show more results" and you will see more examples. As well, there are a lot of videos on YouTube, some of which should give you some ideas. HTH.

In studio or on location? I am my family historian and do a lot of photos due to this except for the major stuff. I can PM you with some things that I do for this if it would help. Let me know. Thanks
