Is there to much motion? I keep thinking its not very good but then I just keep looking at it....... Its that sharp face the keeps drawing my attention.

I agree with it being blurred due to subject motion. Not knowing what lens you used, you could have opened the aperture up from 5.6 and increased the shutter speed above 1/30. Or perhaps bumped the ISO higher than 400.

The setting were based on the deer standing still. That is why it is blurred. I wasn't prepared for the deer to start jumping around like they did but I just thought it was an accident that turned out pretty cool.
