Good quality compact digital camera as backup to film SLR?

I have recently bought a film SLR (canon ftb) and lenses. I need a more portable (and digital) camera to accompany it, for when a large camera is not appropriate.
I don't want a CSC as the lenses are still large, and they are expensive.
I was thinking of either:
Samsung EX2F- nice wide angle and large aperture (24mm and f1.4 respectively) and a better screen which rotates/ tilts, and WiFi
Fujifilm X10- slower aperture, and less wide angle (28 and f2), but a greater focal length, slightly larger sensor (2/3" vs 1/1.7"); and it has a viewfinder (not TTL though)
Which is better, or what other good cameras are available for <£200
