a couole of weeks ago I picked up and Olympus stylus zoom from a goodwill near my house and it's one of the best 5$ I've spent

Looks really good for a 5 buck lens! That's not a bad looking smith in #4, at least I think it's a smith..... I never was real into skateboarding.

Yeah...I see a good number of those Olympus Stylus zoom cameras at my local area Goodwill store...they seem to be in pretty good shape most of the time! One of the big benefits of the lithium battery powered superzooms is that they seem much,much less likely to have battery compartment leakage and damage than the slightly earlier cameras that used four AA-size batteries to power the camera. Oly sold a LOT of those champagne-colored superzoom cams. The smaller stylus, the Epic, was one of the longest made 35mm compacts. It's hard to go wrong with a $5 camera that still works!
