goggle earth sucks on my pc,I have to use it in direct x mode as open gl doesnt work on my pc.Any tips?

How can you make your home visible?
Ah, I guess I know ... you used Google Earth, whereas this link shows you the closest zoom into my place (and our house is to be seen!) taken out of maps.google ... but the trick doesn't work here, this really is the closest I can get to it.
