Got hired for Co-Op, Question!

i was actually denied further processing of my application to the CANADIAN FORCES because of my credit score that i'm trying to recover.

yes, you read that right... because i have crappy credit, i can't get into the ARMY. really.

What i wont understand is when someone looses their job and falls behind bills, how are they supposed to pay them off if the next job won't even give the chance. I guess it does help the employer figure out the responsibility of the person but in many aspects it seems to ignore some vital things and the system needs definite polishing. Im just hoping the next places won't be doing a check, *fingers crossed*
