Decided to go wade out into a local creek (Brushy Creek) in search of a few snowy egrets. I brought my 100mm macro alone just in case. Well, the egrets were not willing to stay close enough for my 70-200mm so I broke out the 100mm macro and I'm glad I did...there's was alot of insect life along the shore. I didn't have my ring-flash some most of these were taken with on-board flash.
