I'm hoping to pick up some filters soon. I take it you're liking that tokina?

How far north in maine are you? I'm down in central NH on lake winni, but spend quite a bit of time up in Maine. Going up for just over 3 weeks in late june/early july actually...22 days of striper fishing, campfires, and photography!

Downeast Maine particularly. Over near Jonesboro and such. About an hour northeast of Ellsworth. It sure is a beautiful place to live.

I know some astrophotographers sort of near you, I'm a little jealous. Great place to live if you're interested in some dark skies

Oh yes, I've shot them multiple times. Check the link to my flickr in my sig. All of the astro shots are from up here. I was hoping to go tonight, but there are still cloud remnants from this storm.
