Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hi there--what would cause a grainy look when I increase my photo to 100 percent when I am viewing my final edit?? It looks PERFECT at at around 25-33 percent??

Image noise, or if it is a JPEG you might be seeing the edges of the MCU's (Minimum Coded Units), particularly if you edited a JPEG and not a 16-bit depth image.
What are the pixel dimensions of the photo? Was it cropped?

JPEGs only have an 8-bit depth and are intended to be a finished ready-to-print image that won't be edited any more after it is made in the camera.

Ishoot in RAW but after I edit I save as a JPEG should I do that or no??

Why do you shoot in Raw?

Sure you can convert to JPEG. Just be sure to also keep the Raw file.

JPEG is a lossy (each time it's saved), compressed (file size), image format. When you select JPEG as the file type up to 80% of the color information in the Raw file is thrown away (file size compression). The image pixels are combined into 64 pixel squares called MCU's (minimum coded units).

You're going to need to post some examples if you want more specific information. or at least mention what ISO value was used. Be aware that under exposure makes image noise more visible, and that most of the image data a digital photograph contains is in the brighter parts of the photo. http://www.adobe.com/digitalimag/pdfs/linear_gamma.pdf
